我刚开的ocbc户头，我是sp准证。去银行直接排号办理还挺快的，大概等了半小时，二十分钟就办完了。没花钱开户，但是拿着老板给的转账票据才行，没听说什么资金限额。
存500，办完卡马上就可以把钱取出来用了，不过卡里不满$500，每个月好像会被扣2块钱
