我现在住的房子一楼的住户养了两条狗，有时在早上很早就叫个不停。请问各位我该怎么办？可以向谁投诉呢？谢谢！
有时在早上很早就叫个不停。。 你都说有时了，和邻居好好讲讲，多一事不如少一事。。。8。30AM过后不算制造噪音了。不过邻居态度恶劣的话，去TOWN COUNCIL 或 AVA COMPLAIN。

呵呵这不太好吧。。都是邻居，看他样子精神方面有问题，和他计较他也搞不清状况。
报警！干扰邻居休息。是他们的不对，为什么要自己忍受？
