本人来新加坡四年多了，由以前的Q2转为目前持S Pass，妻子已持家属准证过来了，结婚一年，没有孩子，过两个月想申请PR。
PR申请需要提供的材料中有几个不明白的地方：
(f)Birth certificate, official household census list or family register,where applicable.
是指出生证明吧？必要么？护照上不是很清楚么？
(g)Testimonials from previous employer stating the nature and duration of employment and also the last drawn basic salary.
还需要前雇主的书信证明资料？前雇主在中国。而且可以算说是找不到了。还需要这个么？
(h)Payslips for the last 6 months, CPF statements on the past 12 months’ contribution and Income Tax Notice of Assessment of the last 3 years.
不是PR哪来的CPF啊？？？
这Income Tax Notice of Assessment of the last 3 years就是每年收到的税单么？如果找不到了可以到什么地方办理或打印呢？

个人理解1》出生证明是一定要的，至于为什么要，只有移民局的人才知道2》雇主证明主要是新加坡雇主的证明。3》CPF是那些要renew PR的人才要出的，EP你出税单就行了个人理解，具体的还是写信去ICA最清楚

多谢大家的回复。1）关于雇主的信，在PR申请表所附的那份Notes中只说到前雇主，没有提到要现在雇主出信来证明什么，是不是没什么必要啊？（而且PR申请表里，现在雇主需填一份表格Annex A to Form 4A中说明你的薪水、工作性质、公司人员组成等情况了）2）那个Annex A里面很清楚的点明雇主填这份表格、签字，只是confirm雇员的资料，不意味着给雇员提供担保，雇主担保是不需要的。是不是意味着PR申请并不需要什么担保人？多谢
1.出生证明 is necessary because your Birth Certificate will show your parents’ name and double confirm your Passport Infomation.
2.”Testimonials from previous employer” is not compulsary. If your current employer can give ICA officer much better infomation, that will be enough…
3. CPF record request is not for you.
4. Income Tax Assessment copies (even 5 years) could be re-printed by IRAS (Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore) which located at 55 Newton Road..You can call 1800-3568300 for inquiries…
