听说很多senior现在在读这个degree,具体是怎样的?要读多久?读了比较容易promote吗?

“nursing的SIM课程,”就是 SIM （新加坡管理学院）提供场所，澳洲的悉尼大学提供师资教学的，护理系本科课程。英联邦国家都承认的文凭。拿到手离开新加坡比较容易。在新加坡的医院么，有没有这个都可以被 promote 的，看你熬的年头了。拿到 degree 证书之后可涨100多块的工资，（不管是否被 promote.）
part-time的话要读两年吗?没有ward的推荐,可以自己去申请吗?

可是为什么许多人还要读呢？
在新加坡读个advanced nursing 就好了，还拿什末degree啊？拿了在新也是浪费！在新加坡做护士，真是折磨人！人在ward里面，屁大的事所有的人都找in charged nurse,so stessful,a lot of local nursing also want to quit.all complain about the staff nures,but the staff nures complain to whom?
我觉得advanced 不值得拿，除非你要在新加坡留着
