如题, 我是大学本科毕业, 现在一港商开的公司为销售经理, 月薪RMB5000, 工作经验三年, 刚结婚. 想移民新加坡主要是想孩子未来有双语和好的教育, 本人和LP对在国内的生活很满意没的说.
我已上过SMC在香港公司问过, 他们说我的条件不错, 应该可以.
请问各XD意见, 申请LPR是个好选择吗? 还有我在广州, 有好的办新加坡移民的代理公司推荐吗??

建议你就找SMC，有政府许可应该多一点保障。LPR是抵境移民。你应该机会还好

我也想申请LPR. 可是关于申请所需要的材料中的f 和g两项, 该如何取得呢? 因为是在职的, 在事情尚未成功前, 总不能向公司透露吧?另外不知道上海有没有比较好的移民中介可以办理的?

事在人为！所需材料必不可少，只要你想办，总会有办法。建议你可以咨询以下中介公司的代理，或许能套出一点经验。
据我所知，上海有一家中介作LPR 挺多的，很多LPR来新的上海人都说是那一家。没有亲身接触过，我不愿随意传播。我建议你最好自己办，其实中介帮不了你什么，所有材料自己准备。

你说的完全正确！所以，在中国大陆的所有中介都不是跟新加坡移民局联系，仅仅是个二道贩子而已，他们或许都不知道移民厅大门朝哪开。这也正是我建议你自己办的原因——要知道，你多付几万块，成功率并不会因此而增加；如果不成功，心里会更惋惜；就算成功了，当你融入新国的生活后，你会更加为当初多付的钱痛心！3~5万在中国人眼里很普通，6k~1w新币在多数新加坡人眼里可是大数字！

只谈事，不针对个人。这样可以轻松一点。
成功率估计没有权威统计。我们可以试着从政府角度考虑：ep,wp及其他转为PR，是从已在新加坡的外籍劳工和专才中批准永久居留；LPR是从境外吸引可能需要的人员来新永久居留；是一项政策的两个方面而已。
不试，没有成功率；试过后，对于个人，要么是0，要么是100%。祝愿你是后者。
