俺在国内，想去新加坡，听说有一种LPR的技术移民，问了一家中介公司，要6万rmb；不知道LPR可不可以自己申请，还是一定得通过中介？

如你有朋友在香港，可以通过香港SMC公司申请，应该1－2万港币就可以搞定。另外，LPR需要你在新加坡找个工作才能真正获准，望有心理准备。

不加倍。夫妻俩只有一个人是主申请人，另外一个是附属申请人。

SMC目前在上海（甚至中国大陆）没有分支，这个你可以移民局网站查到。所以，如果有人称自己是SMC在中国大陆的分支机构，要多考虑一下。
