朋友，我是2001年来新加坡的到现在已经五年了，我来时拿的是wp-m的准证，现在我想更换成SP，我没有ITE的NTC文凭，如果我申请的话成功的机会大吗?想我这种情况谁有好的建议可以给我指点一下谢谢了！
可是我的同事（女的）同样没有ite的文凭也是和我一块来的在一家公司他找了个男友是pR现在都申请到pr了，我很是莫名其妙！
你申请SP的机会很小通常要有DIPLOMA才拿得到至少也要ITE. 你的同事拿PR应该是她和她的男友ROM了,ROM之后她的男友SPONSOR她成为PR的. 这和学历,准证都没有太大的关系, 只要他男友的薪水高就可以.
SP和学历没有什么关系,只要你的薪水达到1800就可以申请.

a. Salary – refers to the minimum basic salary of $1,800. Basic salary is a standard component of income used to compare the income of foreigners across all sectors and industries.
b. Qualifications – generally refer to degree or diploma level educational qualifications. Technical qualifications can be considered and are, very broadly, courses that train the applicant to be a qualified technician or specialist in their chosen field. This should be obtained after at least 1 year of full-time study. To use a Singapore example, this would include NTC 2 or higher National ITE Certificate (NITEC) courses.
c. Job Type – generally refers to professional or specialist or technician level jobs.
d. Years of Work Experience – generally refers to the number of relevant years of experience that the applicant has for the job being applied for under the S pass.
