家长一定要抱新生儿到中国大使馆才能申请护照吗？
我看大使馆的网站要求家长要抱新生儿到中国大使馆才能申请护照。请最近办过的家长帮忙回答一下。
另外，英文名改写是在ICA的几楼办？
我也是，刚给我儿子办了出生证明，最迟什么时候办护照呀？是不是办了护照才能去移民局办PR？办护照时照相不用闪光灯行么？我担心闪光灯伤了小孩的眼镜。本想自己照，自己打印。没想到有人说打印的不行，伤脑筋。

As both parents are not Singapore Citizens, the child will not be a Singapore citizen even though he/she is born in Singapore. This confirmation will be indicated in the child’s birth certificate issued by Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, Singapore.
3 Upon registration of your child’s birth, you will be notified to regularise your child’s stay in Singapore within 42 days of your child’s birth.
4 If you are a Permanent Resident of Singapore and wish to apply for Permanent Residence for your child, please call at the PR Services Centre, 5th Storey, ICA Building (Next to the Lavender MRT Station), during office hours on any working day to submit the application with the following documents:-
a) duly completed application Form 4, Form 6 & IMM 27 ( Disembarkation/Embarkation Form);
b) birth certificate of the child (original and photo copy);
c) travel document of the child or travel document of the parent that the child’s photo and personal particulars are included in (Original and photo copy of biodata page);
d) 4 recent passport-sized photographs;
e) parents’ marriage certificate (original and photo copy and must be in English version);
f) parents’ Entry Permit Cards (original and photo copy);
g) parents’ travel documents with valid REPs (original and photo copy of biodata page);
h) parents’ IC, if the EP Card is not available at the time of application (original and photo copy); and
i) Fee: S$100/- for Entry Permit & S$50/- for Re-Entry Permit (S$10 per year or part thereof).
5 Your child has to call in person at the time of application. It is advisable not to bring your child out of Singapore without a valid REP. Your child will lose his/her PR if he/she leaves Singapore without a valid REP.
6 The normal processing time is three working days, excluding Saturday; Sunday and Public Holiday, from 0800-1600hrs.
7 Alternatively, you may also submit a Long Term Social Visit Pass application to Visitor Services Centre, 4th Storey, ICA Building (Next to the Lavender MRT Station), during office hours on any working day to extend your child’s stay in Singapore, if you do not wish to apply for PR for your child.
特别提醒，建议到tangling mall 的照像馆拍照。为了保证一次拍照成功。建议先到大使馆取那个样本。本人为了给宝宝拍照，跑了n次，经验不少。另外，办PR的照片是不同的。建议直接到移民局拍。

我今天去给我儿子办了护照了，照片是自己用数码相机照的(见图），然后到外面出的片。一共只花了九毛钱，拿到8张光面的，8张粗面的。自己照主要倒不是因为省钱，主要是怕闪光灯伤了宝宝眼睛。所以虽然看了大家的留言后还是决定试一试，本来做好被要求重照的准备，没想到一次成功。
现在很多地方都是数码照片，大使馆的说明上也没说数码照片不行，关键是要高光相纸打印并且照片符合要求

我女儿比你儿子大两个星期多，如果不回国就没有什么问题，主要我们是打算回国，期间涉及打疫苗的时间，主要怕两个国家的疫苗不兼容
哦？我觉得问题不大。如果是那种要注射多次的，像乙肝什么的，就把还没注射的买出来。然后找国内的大夫给注射。单次的就更无所谓了吧？

不是啦！我只是一时间找不到词来说，中国是中国疫苗，新加坡是国外生产的，谁知道会不会步作用或有什么副作用，考虑的多谢嘛！
