刚刚上去做了一个test，输入我是中国人，爸爸妈妈都是中国人，学历高中以上，他们说恭喜我，我有资格去参加这个抽奖，不过我是不想去参加的，不喜欢美国，更不想折腾来折腾去了。累

有，我知道有人通过这个去的。不过中国大陆出生的人没有资格参加。这个不是中国人多不多的原因。这个东西的目的是保证美国移民的多元性，所以凡是上一年移民超过一定数目的国家，那个国家出生的人就没有资格参加了。而中国每年移民数目都大大超出他的限制，所以不可能有资格了。
