请教各位前辈啊我现在30岁，单身PR,可以买转手的HDB公寓式组屋吗？我有去HDB的网站上面看，上面没有直接提到，但是也没有说不可以买。新加坡生活压力大啊，私人公寓负担不起，HDB我知道不结婚是绝对不可以，也就想走中间路线了。。希望各位前辈多多指点！也欢迎经纪和代理联络！
