如题，谢谢。如果我现在买房，要什么时候才交第一笔钱呢？the money will need to give 2 week before completion (in the event u take bank loan)from the day u register the sale to hdb, it will take about 4-6 week to get a 1st appt , and another 6-10 week to get a completion , in all it will take (faster 2.5 month -latest will be 4 month , this period can be adjust to yr need or seller need).
