你是在上海申请吧。提醒你记得把学位证，毕业证，和成绩单都要公证（复印件）虽然MOM网站上没写清楚。但上海的office一定要。即使毕业工作好多年的也要成绩单，真是死板。但没有办法

因为网上没有中文地址。我就写的英文啦。挂号信就可以了上海那么崇洋的地方，不用担心收不到。 对了，国内申请成功的话冒个泡哈。还没有太多先例呢等你的好消息~
