我2006年4月23日来新加坡；三个月后，2006年7月28日申请PR，但是2006年8月30日受到ICA的回复。信中内容如下： I refer to your application for permanent residence dated on 28/07/2006.We regret to inform you that your application has not been successful as you have not met the residential requirement. You may wish to re-submit another application for our consideration in 11/2 years’ time. 请问我必须要等到一年半之后，即2008年1月28日之后才能再次提交PR的申请吗？？？我是上海复旦大学Master degree(研究生）毕业。请大家指点迷津，谢谢了~~~~~~~~
