给父母延期visa, 结果ICA搞成这样，何解？

昨天下午四点多上ica网站申请延期，刚才去查了一下结果，结果ICA真是shit!
让我今天早上8.15准时再材料去ica柜台！！！
NND啥狗屁做法，也没有别的通知渠道，只有自己上网查才看到这消息，早过期了。
现在咋整? 如何改约时间？
我进e-appointment只有申请LTVP了之类的选项，没有extend visa的选项呀，选哪个？Please scan this barcode at Kiosk 3 at ICA Building, Visitor Services Centre, Visit Pass Unit, 4th Storey, to obtain a queue ticket.

结果显示不能更改了，更改需要至少提前一天，what a **ing ICA!
我昨天四点多快五点才申请的，给我安排个第二天早上8.15的不可能更改的时间，ica搞鸡毛呀

You are not allowed to make any changes to your appointment as change of appointment must be made 1 day(s) before your current appointment date for 313xxxxxxx.群里好像有人也有遇到这样的，你找找以前帖子楼主不要激动，几年以来都有这样的，你申请了就要随时看状态的。直接去ICA就好了不是在ica home page 的e-service 有一项e-xtend 去延期吗？对的，但是一直都有抽查的。要看出生公证，用来证明直系关系。楼主定定心。快杀去ICA吧。
