我英文不太好，请大家帮忙看一下，如果公司辞退我，我是否还需要给公司6个月的薪水。 Termination 1 The company shall be entitled to terminate your employment forthwith,without notice or payment in lieu of notice, In any of following events:- 1.1 if you shall ,in the opinion of the company, be found gulity of any misdemeanor, misconduct or negligence whether or not such misdemeanor, misconduct or negligence is or is directly related to affairs of the company; 1.2 if you shall, in the opinion of the company,be found to have breached any of the terms of employment or any other terms and conditions of service, rules or regulations which may be laid down by the company from time to time; 1.3 you are to complete your obligation to serve the employment contract agreement for 2 years starting from date joined. otherwise, should you break the employment contract, a penalty equivalent to 6 months’ of the prevailing salary would be payable to the company.
