不可以。买resale组屋要以核心家庭为单位买。你和你老公没有离婚，所以你们的核心家庭成员是你和你老公。买resale组屋时必须用你和你老公的名字，而这时你老公名下的公寓使你们买不了resale组屋。
建议：不买resale组屋，再买一套公寓。
