SC+PR 5% 额外印花税免除手续

1个SC+1个PR买第一套HDB是不需要给5%的额外印花税,这个估计是常识了。
不过最近看了几条微薄,还有早报上,都说1个SC+1个PR是要给5%的额外印花税。我了个去直接就囧了,但我们的agent还有其他所有agent都说不用给。
然后就去查了IRAS的FAQ:12.  I am a SC married to a SPR.  Both of us do not own any property in Singapore.  If we jointly purchase our first matrimonial home, do we need to pay ABSD?
SPRs are required to pay ABSD at 5% if they buy their first residential property on their own or jointly with SC. However if both you and your SPR spouse do not own any property and the matrimonial home is the only residential property owned by you and your spouse, you are eligible for the ABSD remission for spouses.

最后打去IRAS热线confirm,确实不用给那5%额外印花税, 不过要扫描IC,结婚证,OTP,然后发邮件到 [email protected],注明 “ABSD remission for married couple”就可以了.(现在很方便,发email就行了,不用亲自去iras交hard copy。)

买公寓是确定要给百分之7是吧?

公寓一样 也可以remission ,第一套是是5%不是7%。要注意只有第一套 自住房才可以。
