在MOP期间,夫妻双方都在海外生活,可以出租整套房子吗?

如题,如果老公被派到海外,老婆拿家属准证跟去,可能10年内不考虑回新加坡,那么新的组屋可以整套出租吗?还是要空关到5年以后?

有理由就行,跟HDB申请,他们会case by case

网上查是可以出租,但是不算在mop里面,就是说以后要卖的话,还要自己进去住?还是空关也行?

网友都是各说各的理,万一说错了就害了屋主。这种事最好就是去建屋局问清楚。

在MOP期间
1. 如果出租不通知HDB,出租,被抓到,1-2次警告,3次一般就会被强制低价收回。
2. 如果出租通知HDB,如果是海外工作一般会批准,但是不算在MOP内。例如你在海外工作2年后回来,MOP还是要再住满5年。
3. 如果出国后,房屋闲置,没事,MOP照算,等同于屋主在居住。

楼主请公婆来照看房子,你们偶尔或经常回来看望他们。。。。他们把自己的房子出租出去赚租金养老。。。大大地孝顺。

可以出租。需要向HDB申请,申请整套出租的理由照实写。理由充分的是会被允许的。可能你需要出示相关的外派国外公干的证据。
在整套出租期间,你的MOP不被计算在内,你们何时拿回来房子自己居住从何时算起。
可以空关。
