在网上卖M1 牵线送全新win8触屏电脑未拆封，有个买家要用paypal付款,以下是他的Email:Okay thanks, i am willing to buy the item now and pay you 1000 which include the postage and package to my Girl Friend, so i want you to get back to me with your PayPal money request to proceed with the Payment ASAP. PAYPAL 付款安全吗,电脑寄给他。邮费贵吗。Paypal这边满流行的，你这个是实物，有邮寄地址应该不会骗人。
我见过用Paypal骗人的，买虚拟游戏卡，卖主看到买主已经转帐到自己的Paypal帐户，把游戏卡密码告诉买主，之后好像是第二天居然接到Paypal提示，买主用的信用卡是黑名单里的，钱就被Paypal给锁了。Paypal还钱安全，我常用它买东西。但问题你是收钱，从paypal里把钱倒出来麻烦，还有手续费。paypal还款不错。很安全。就是手续费不知道怎么算的每次用它还钱，还有手续费的吗？不觉得啊。因为我用它还海外比较多。感觉汇率比直接用信用卡高呢Thanks for your mail….Am buying this item for my Girl Friend  located in west Africa ..So kindly get back to me with your PayPal email so that i can send the money there quick.

Thanks看起来是非洲的骗子，买家可以取消付款，以货不对办为借口，还是不冒这个险了。注册可以找我噢 我是paypal中国区顾问 企业邮箱或者扣扣我 [email protected]注册个帐号还要找人？！不是常规销售的话最好不要走贝宝，因为买家可以dispute, 你就拿不到钱在PAYPAL 上吃过亏。 对方付款后申请退款。然后钱就白白给骗了。安全的
