在新期间的无犯罪记录证明

在新加坡工作了近三年，离开前需要办理这个无犯罪记录证明，去查了一下警局官网，现在不给非新加坡人办理这个了，说要去法院或者相关法律机构做宣誓，这个怎么弄？求助知情人。谢谢！同样的问题。请问您解决了吗？请教过程。谢谢！同问Certificate of No Criminal Conviction
Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (CNCC) is issued by the Singapore Criminal Investigation Department to certify that a person has no criminal conviction in Singapore within a stipulated period of time. It is issued for immigration related purposes only.
CNCC is issued to Singapore citizens, Singapore permanent residents and foreigners who have resided in Singapore for more than 6 months and are above the age of 16.
Applicants residing in Singapore may apply in person at the address shown below.  Applicants residing overseas must submit the applications by mail directly to the CNCC

可以去这里办理。
PR可以办这个证明的，去年有朋友去办理过；（刚才和朋友确认了一下，他说任何一个在新居住一定期限的人都可以申请到，地址是在 GENERAL HOSPITAL 附近的什么警察局，需要提供的证件有护照原件、一张护照复印件，2张近期照片，交一定费用（忘记了，不是很多），一周后可以自己去取，也可以按照你的要求寄送到你的家里。
别的准证可以不可以，我就不知道了。
