批准信的有效期是2个月，如果代取了Entry Permit/Re-Entry Permit,在注册绿卡之前还有4个月期限 ？
办理手续顺序是否如下
1，填批准信上的表格，
2，取Entry Permit
3，取Re-Entry Permit
4，注册绿卡

No, they do not need to come in person if their sponsor is collecting the Entry Permit/Re-Entry Permit on their behalf.
Otherwise, a letter of authorisation stating the person’s name and IC number is required.
However, the wife and children (15 years old and above) need to come personally to register for the Blue Identity Card.

Entry Permit should be OK but not REP. Because REP needs the passport and the person normally is in Singappore already.
