看到很多人都说怀孕了去申请PR会很容易被批而且会很快被批,本来信心十足,可是照现在看来,ICA对怀孕的妈妈们也没什么优待了。我老公是PR,PROJECT ENGINEER,来新加坡8年了,我一直在新加坡读书,没工作,不长不短也呆了4年多,去年10月份跟老公注册,今年5月申请了LTVP,申请LTVP倒是蛮快的,两个星期就批准了。于是6月22日就去ICA递交了申请PR的材料。当时收材料的OFFICER也收了医生开的怀孕证明,给我的回执单上写的是并不是3-6个月审核时间,而只是3个月内就会有消息。前天给ICA发了邮件,上面也注明了预产期是11月和已经BOOKING了医院病房的证明,证明BABY确实会在新加坡出生。昨天收到ICA的回复,我看了内容还是一样的官方回复,甚至连FINAL STAGE都没有到。
Your PR application is currently in process. We would like to inform you that the average processing time for an application for Permanent Residence is 3 months. However, each application varies as some cases may take longer. Each application is considered on its own merits. You will be notified by mail when the outcome is known.
Nonetheless, we have forwarded your request to the relevant work unit for their attention.
BABY还有一个多月的时间就要出生了,本来还打算在孩子出生前能拿到PR然后在他出生前买房子,这样孩子出生了就可以不用再住租来的房子了,可是看到ICA的回复之后,真的已经不抱什么希望了。老公说如果被拒了那就上诉或者等孩子出生后跟孩子再一起申请一次。不过有朋友说一般都会被批,只是看时间长短了,所以还是一个字—-等吧!

楼主听说那个怀孕拿pr是针对和公民结婚的女生, 对于老公是pr的, pr本来就不是公民哦。。。。。。所以本来就没有优待。。。。 你可以叫你老公去申请公民啊, 只要公民结婚了,就可以买房子, 不过补贴没有3万,只可以那1万多而已。
公民第一次买房子不是补贴3万吗?怎么改了1万了吗?

我们买HDB可以自己付首付,但是前提是要两个PR,现在就我老公一个PR根本就没办法买房子,除非是公寓。。。
我这里说的“优待”是指一般人所认为的“怀孕容易批和很快批”而并不是别的意思。。。
至于申请公民拿政府补贴去买房子,我跟老公都觉得为了房子就草率的放弃中国国籍还是不太好,毕竟现在我们还是有能力靠自己去交房子首付的。。。
所以老公也不着急申请公民。。。

放宽心啦,本来你6月份申请,就是3个月下来,预产期11月,想孩子一出生就住新房子也不可能来得及的。现在买好了,农历新年前能搬就不错了。
我看到你在别的帖子里回复的,好像你还有邀请信也被拒了,好像申请跟间隔的时间还很短吧。。。真的是越来越寒心了。。。

可以的。当然是要夫妻或者父母子女关系的。

我想她的意思是如果你的PR不下来,也可以先让你LG去申请公民,然后即使你是LTSVP也可以一起买房子。MM不要急啦,反正买房子也来不及了,现在房价也恐怖,耐心等吧,然后再慢慢挑个中意的房子。祝好运啦。
说句不好听的话,来新8年还是project engineer, 你先生需要一点职业规划了。
你这样的情况应该是没问题的,我身边很多人都说带着小孩申请PR都很容易批。祝LZ和BB好运~!~
他八年并不是刚来就参加工作,而是刚来的时候在私立学校读书然后考POLY。。。他前前后后读书也花了差不多5年的时间。。。毕业后拿了PR在新工作一年后回国创业(但在国内呆的时间不长,因为公司刚成立没多久就遇到金融风暴)。。。去年金融风暴的时候回到新加坡。。。赶上经济不好工作不好找。。。现在是为了给我申请PR所以一直没有换工作。。。
现在PR对我来说没什么了,就是要全家去旅游时签证麻烦点,回去中国他们还要签证呢,至少我不要

hehe,我搜索你的帖子就找到这里来了。看了之后原来你和老公也是挺不容易,不过我觉得以你们的时间和条件,应该没有问题,有时候需要一点耐心和信心,希望你成功的拿到PR,如果三个月内都没有不好的消息,个人认为是可以通过的。祝福你~

可以的, 公民跟跟父母同住也可以买的。

Ethnic Integration Policy
You can buy an HDB resale flat in any town/estate as long as the approved proportion of your ethnic group has not been reached.

我知道啊,我没说买新的HDB,即使是单身35岁以上的公民也是不能买新房子,新房子是只有所谓的核心家庭才可以。

其实在新加坡,定了婚的未婚夫妻也是可以先去申请新的HDB的,不过要交5k押金给HDB,等房子下来的时候拿结婚证去,如果这个时候分手了,5k押金就充公了。
买房子也到等好几个月才能拿到钥匙,baby来不及出生在新房的啦
