以EntrePass架构的改变
TheMinistry of Manpower will be introducing a number of changes to theEntrePass framework with effect from 28 September 2009 as follows.人力部将推出一系列的人士，由2009年9月28日起EntrePass框架如下一些变化。

俺坦白。我就是创业准证。如果开销10万。我就放心了。如果是盈利10万。就郁闷了。听热心人这么一说。我就放心放心了。。本来就是做生意的。10万开销怎么也会有的。

呵呵,你真有学问,都知道查字典了.大家只是在这里讨论.你一年的开销在10万.那你报盈利要报多少政府才能批给你创业准证呢.MOM看的不是你的开销,这背后要你看你公司的银行账单等一系列能证明你在新加坡盈利的记录.说白了就是看你到底有没有钱.为什么创业准证这么难拿到PR.公司是否盈利,赚了多少,给政府交了多少税.虽然外国人在新加坡开公司是三年免税的,很多中国人开的公司都会多报点盈利而且都不低,为什么?因为不用向政府交一毛钱,都存在这种侥幸的心理,以为这三年免税期,就能拿到PR,然后一关掉公司.很多中介也是跟创业准证申请人这么介绍的吧.呵呵.新加坡政府也不是傻子.三年免费期已过,政府看你公司报盈利还是报亏损,要报盈利交个10万,20万的公司税,估计申请PR没问题,因为你贡献了(你给钱).反之,你连创业准证都很难再更新.

干嘛老想转PR?PR就是可以买二手HDB,创业证是自己做生意,这点小利值得化这么多力气去弄PR吗
是开销,但自己给自己及家人发的钱不算,包给外国公司的也不算,要15万开销,还要有赢利,才可以延2年.没赢利只延一年
其实对于真正在做生意的人，这些更改的条件也不算太困难，这只是打击那些走灰色地带的人吧．．．．．
在新加坡注册个公司实在太容易了．．．．我个人觉得比国内开个小卖部都容易．．．．
我只说一次， 那些operation expense 不是我说了算的，也不是公司的会计说怎样做账就怎样的，政府要看的话，一定是要audit firm做audit report然后CPA（注册会计师)签名的。政府要看营业盈利 or any sale report都是要求公司会计做好后，然后 Public CPA 签名的。通常这种情况，CPA会根据Financial Report Standard 来做的。 我有做过这样的sale report 给同X集团(老X京食堂)， 但不是我签名(俺没有资格)，是老板签名， 老板是CPA（audit firm 的老板）.
Pte Ltd 是要audit in every financial year end within 6 months, unless your are exempted private limited company.( Exempted Private Company List 请看www.acra.gov.sg).如果公司在6个月内不audit， ACRA会罚公司的股东或给original Summom（传召股东去法院， 有钱就带律师去解释+罚款）

创业准则难办么？食阁那样的摊摊可以办创业准证么
不可以，那些只可以给新加坡人或pr做的。。。。。。。。。mom上面讲的很清楚的：All new EntrePass applicants must register their companies as private limited companies with at least $50,000 paid-up-capital and hold at least 30% shareholding in the company. The company must be new and cannot be registered in Singapore for more than six months at the point of the EntrePass application. In addition, the proposed business venture must not be engaged in illegal activities. Businesses not of an entrepreneurial nature (e.g. coffee shops/hawker centres/food courts, bars/night clubs/lounges, foot reflexology/massage parlours, karaoke lounges, acupuncture/traditional chinese medicine/herbal dispensing, employment agencies and geomancy etc) will also not be considered for an EntrePass.

我的老板刚弄个创业准证，竟然还得先雇佣2个本地人。。。直接悲剧化了
是先申请创业证，还是先注册公司？
对于主要目的是证的人来说,先申请证比较好,万一办不下来,可以省下不少注册公司与关闭公司的费用.
对于真正创业者,先办证还是先注册公司,是无所谓的
感谢…但是对于真正创业者，注册了公司却申请不到创业准证，自已不在新公司怎么经营下去 …?
自己不从公司拿工资即可.用VISIT PASS一样可以在新住3个月, 然后再申请,只要雇佣了本地人,交了CPF,自己直接申请EP也可以
当然不拿工资啦，但若是人也雇了，CPF也交了，以现在的神经政策来看，万一不能留在新经营公司，那不是杯具… 唉，若有pr就好了，没这么多鸟事
那就先申请证好了,批准了再注册公司
做好一份BUSINESS PLAN, 连同申请表一起交SINGAPORE POST, 付40坡币. 耐心等5周就有结果.
批准了,就会收到IPA, 凭IPA注册公司, 拿到注册资料后去MOM办卡, 还要交60坡币.
