中介把DBS的配套也发了给我,由于是pdf就简单说下,两年锁定,第一年2.25% fixed,第二年SIBOR+1.75,之后就一直SIBOR+1.75%。
其他银行中介说借不到90%,也不知道是不是真的。请各位点评一下这几个配套的优劣,如果有更好的银行更好的配套烦请您推荐一下,如果有banker可以推荐也欢迎,小弟这厢有礼了,谢谢大家。

90%贷款,现在很难了。

刚拿了dbs 90%的,一年锁定一年fix 2.25%,第二年开始sibor+2.25%,不过早就可以re-finance了
每个月还1800+,cpf扣1500+,感觉没什么压力
