请问高人，我持WP准证还有三个月到期两年，现在想换工作，如果找到公司，可以申请SP准证吗？在各方面的条件满足情况下，如学历，公司配额，薪水等。如果要申请SP是不是要先把WP割掉回国后才能申请？人一定要出境吗？
申请SP不用出境
申请的时候不需要，只有等你去拿SP之前，先cancel 你的WP，就可以了，以下是我发邮件给MOM，MOM给我的回信
We wish to inform that Work Permit (WP) holders who wish to upgrade to S
Passes with a different employer are allowed to stay in Singapore while
they apply for their S Passes. They do not have to cancel their WPs before
their S Passes are approved.
Please be advised that the prospective employer may submit the S Pass
application any time before the expiry date of the worker’s current WP.

我已经拿到了APPROVAL LETTER,其实身体检查也没有问题， 只是等上网买保险， 可是我有一个很大的问题是怎么叫我原雇主割掉我的WORK PERMIT, 如果说换工作他们一定会问换去哪里，什么啦，如果说回家还是要出境的
