偶要办80%的银行贷款, 找了以下两间, 不知选哪个好,请高人帮忙指点现在有哪些银行的Package是最好的:
DBS:Fixed 2 Year
1st Year:1.88%
2nd Year:1.88%
Thereafter: Sibor + 1.50%
HSBC: No Lock-in
1st Year: 3mths Sibor + 1.20%
2nd Year: 3mths Sibor + 1.10%
Thereafter: Sibor + 1.00%
之前DBS有一个，不知道现在还有没

这个没有了，或者是贷款要大于多少才有吧

比较来比较去,我还是选择了DBS fixed 2 yrs
但是我记得好象第三年的是sibor+1.75%
