The list of documents required for PR Application is as follows:
1. Completed Application Form 4A (attached below)
2. Passport
3. Employment Pass
4. Educational Certificates
5. Marriage Certificate
6. Birth Certificate or Official Household Census List
7. Tax Notices of Assessment for the last 3 years
8. Employment Certification from Employer
9. Spouse’s Educational Certificates
搂主，先研究研究其他帖子吧，在其他帖子已经写得很清楚了。。。
1. Completed Application Form 4A (attached below) 到ICA 5楼那表格，或是叫公司在网上给你打印出来
2. Passport 护照复印件
3. Employment Pass 你的EP或者SP复印件
4. Educational Certificates 你的学历翻译（中国的话）复印件,去高法三楼
5. Marriage Certificate 结婚证书，新加坡注册的不用，中国注册到高法三楼同上
6. Birth Certificate or Official Household Census List 出生公证，找你父母帮你办邮过来
7. Tax Notices of Assessment for the last 3 years 过去三年的所得税，你每年交的税单
8. Employment Certification from Employer 公司出的信，在第一项里面有个小单子拿给公司填
9. Spouse’s Educational Certificates 配偶的情况，结婚就填，不帮他（她）申请就把表格里面有一项勾上就行
补充一项，应该还要你的工资单，没有工资单的话银行存折的复印件（最近六个月的）
