基本上就是厨房＋卫生间拆除重做，卧室＋客厅地板磨光和上漆，觉得贵了，但不知道哪些项目可以砍，如果侃价，要求打几折比较合适？

这个报价贵了。我的房子刚装修完，厨房只换了台面，两间厕所重做，主人房厕所做了洗手台加柜子，全间粉刷加清洗，换掉3个卧室的门，客厅加角线，换掉所有的开关和插头，共$11，500. 洗手盆，马桶，水龙头都是自己买的，清理垃圾都没有另外算钱，很厚道。
