能推荐一下哪个房贷配套吗?

我拿了一个uob的:
银行的人说比较多人用1年锁定,浮动利率(SOR+0.8)这种,大家有什么意见?
SOR涨起来会有多高?

目前身边的朋友很多拿这个一年的浮动的1.25的配套,自己也打算拿这个。不知道其他人还知道什么比较划算的配套么?先谢谢了。


但是2年锁定的利率更加低,如果2年内不提前还款,是不是锁定2年更划算?


1年后可能利率高起,到那时候你就知道先甜后苦了。你说的锁定不是利率锁定(准确地应该是利率固定,即fixed)


    en,这个我知道,因为现在的利率是低位,而且预计1年内利率不会大升,所以1年的fixed利率和1年的浮动利率是差不多的(1年fixed 利率为1.25%),而2年的浮动利率package,其第一年的利率在当下比fixed利率要低些,SOR+0.5%

我刚刚签了Standard chartered的fixed1年1.25,然后sibor+1.25%,我觉得各哪家拿贷款当然rate最重要,但是比比现在最低的,我觉得差不多,就是比细小的花费了,scb给一直上火险,这点别的银行就没有,这些花费都应该算上去。而且我觉得很重要的一点,就是一定要找个沟通好的banker为你服务,这里夸夸我的banker,人nice,讲话有耐心,DBS的我打电话从来不给回,HSBC的问点东西跟大爷似的,刚刚SCB的banker还打电话说我买的房屋保险能拿到一个更低的价钱,说是晚上开车来我家给我签,之前那个价钱我都签字了,难能可贵的,他还能帮我省钱,真是高兴,如果楼主比较好了要是选SCB的话,我推荐我的banker给你。

    嗯,我们开始也是选sibor的,但是banker也说6月sibor会调高,马来那边听说都调高了已经,所以我们选fix的,scb换package不收钱。


其实,所有的这些银行都算好了。

基本上没有哪个配套是一定划算的。

SIBOR 低的时候,银行会放相对低的固定利息吸引追求稳定性的人群;选哪个最后算出来差不了太多


scb换package不收钱?这么厉害?
SOR刚刚走低啊,sibor还要上调?
我倒是觉得未来1年利率会稳定在低位
