10.担保人的雇主的信 显示工作开始时间，职位，每个月的薪水等
11.申请人有效的签证
12.申请人的DE 卡 （就是入境时的白卡）
你去MOM拿表格，填一下，把你的护照和 老婆的护照，结婚证复印，如果有小孩要小孩的出生证复印，然后丢去MOM的门口的那个箱子里，10天这样就有消息了，我 的就是这么做的

我之 前的三年的总收入不见了
就只有去年的
因是去年只来了几个月也没 报到税

楼上 的说还要至少一年的CPF:funk:
– 自己看吧。很少的资料， 1）申请表，要公司签名盖印 2）结婚证 3）老婆（申请人）的护照复印件 4）3个月内的照片。 没说要什么CPF以及Income Tax 方面的东西。要CPF的证明肯定不对，都知道SP不交CPF的。
Dependant’s Pass (DP) applicants are required to submit supporting documents together with their applications. Additional documents and information must be furnished when requested.
For EP Online applications
Companies that submit new DP applications via EP Online are no longer required to fax relevant supporting documents to Work Pass Division. For some cases, we may require the applicant to furnish documents when the application is still under review.
For approved applications, the online In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter will specify which supporting document(s) to be submitted at the Work Pass Division counters during the collection of the pass(es).
For manual applications
The sponsoring company should continue to submit the supporting documents for manual applications.
The following documents are required for DP applications for an Employment/S Pass holder’s:
Spouse
Unmarried/Legally Adopted Children Under 21 Years of Age, Including Newborns
For Spouse:
Dependant’s Pass application form;
– The applicant must be sponsored by a well-established Singapore-registered company, normally the employer of the Employment/S Pass holder.
– The form must be endorsed with the company’s s**p/seal and signed by both the applicant and an authorised officer from the sponsoring company.
A copy of the official Marriage Certificate;
A copy of the personal particulars page of the applicant’s travel document/passport; and
A passport size photograph of the applicant (taken within the last three months).
For non-English certificates or documents, a copy of the original certificates/documents and the official English translation certified by the respective embassy, must be submitted.
For Unmarried/Legally Adopted Children Under 21 Years of Age, Including Newborns
Dependant’s Pass application form;
– The applicant must be sponsored by a well-established Singapore-registered company, normally the employer of the Employment/S Pass holder.
– The form must be endorsed with the company’s s**p/seal and signed by both the applicant and an authorised officer from the sponsoring company.
– For children 16 years old and below, one of the parents is required to sign on their behalf.
For unmarried children under 21 years of age:
– A copy of the child’s official Birth Certificate showing both parents’ names and the child’s name.
For legally adopted children under 21 years of age:
– A copy of the children’s official Adoption Order or document.
A copy of the personal particulars page of the applicant’s travel document/passport.
For children 12 years of age or older:
– A passport size photograph of the applicant (taken within the last three months).
For non-English certificates or documents, a copy of the original certificates/documents and the official English translation certified by the respective embassy, must be submitted.
申请家属证 在ICA MOM 只是申请工作证
我拿的就是 LONG TERM PASS 长期准证 老公 是PR ， 家属证 好像是发给陪读妈妈 ，父母亲 他们的有效期 是1年-5年 我的就只有6个月 每6个月延期一次 在此期间 可以去申请PR 可我太年轻 ICA 怕我是假的 延迟我拿PR 🙁
现在申请就是难
上个月去申请PR的时候资料没有带全
让我去找齐两个星期之内再去交
时间拖那么长又没有什么希望
所以想看看申请DP是不是简单一些
