我觉得米版你可以每周拿出一个话题出来，然后大家一起来讨论。
可以是股票，房屋，保险，外汇，基金等等。然后设置高亮。
比如说这周话题：“你是否觉得是时候买入股票了”
像这样的形式，然后设置高亮，每周大家都来为这个话题做讨论。
这样也可以提高大家讨论的积极性了，也希望论坛可以多出几个像米版啊，金星(goldenstar )，sysg等等等这些牛 B 级的人物。当然还有配图帝：野菊花。
同意的举个手。我也只想学多点金融知识罢了。呵呵

论坛就是用来讨论的，怎么感觉你是要来和我吵架的。
为什么大部分版友都能和心平气地和我讨论就你总要给我挑刺呢……
有意见难道不该提出来？看来你对民主没什么见解。

连意见和建议都不敢提的人，能力很差。

然后觉得我这两天怎么发的都是意见和建议的贴子。
说实话吧，我是自私的，我其实是为了自己，论坛发贴量已经没有以前那么活跃了，我怕有识之人都跑光了，没人发话题了，那我就学不到东西了。

Ok, sounds very reasonable. Then you have to realize that we Chinese really love owning some land or some properties, no matter where we are. We are so proud of and enjoy being landlords, so it’s the reason why here we talk more about the property market or buying some flats or apartments. Then following the topics of decoration or renovation, it’s so natural and unquestionable.
On the other hand, as the stock market is so bad now, how many people can make or have made money from it? I would say 80% of people here lose money at stock market.
And who else plays currencies, futures or gold here?
By the end of day, it’s still the propety which attracts us to come here as a central & permanent topic.
