7月初去了expo的装修展。问了三家id。都很热情。报价也一一出炉。死贵，这里就不贴了。看到价格就手软了。
本着对未来小家的憧憬，我每次和装修商谈的时候，都特别详细，一是怕到时候另加费用（我最怕这个），另一个原因是国内的朋友是设计师，他帮我设计了3d和所有需要的施工图纸。所以也是有备而问。但是对新加坡的装修市场还是陌生，不知如何选择。
我的屋子是EA。140+平方。
朋友介绍了一个朋友，contractor。给了我一个报价，说实话，还是远远超出我的预算。大家来帮我看看吧。谢谢啦。
A) PRELIMINARY WORKS
1. To provide submission to HDB for renovation. – lumpsum $350.00

墙砖不应该那么贵

不过他 这个4800是包括2架空调的。一个1拖3。一个1拖2的。这样算来这个价格算合理吗？
是呀。人工费太贵了。早知道大学也不读了。直接去磨墙，还能减肥：（

一般是多少呢？他们给我的是$2.8~3.3的砖。他给我解释说，4面墙加起来很大，还有损耗料。不过看过论坛里的报价贴，貌似我这个报价的确贵，但是做的东西都是我要的。真不知道该减去什么。或者怎么跟装修商谈价呢。
B-16项刷墙如果用好漆的话不算贵。
我的房子＄9/米（国人阿勇刷（他至少要＄130/人8小时），自己包漆），还不包括刷门和管子。

我是销售tiles ，他给你的价格在2.8~3.3 只能说是市场价，但是他的手工费是另收的，这个价格看来是有些贵，我们的tiles对owner的价格 通常做墙砖的都用瓷砖 价格在2.40psf 厕所厨房的地砖都是石英石的价格2.8~3.2psf之间 ，客厅的地砖 在2.8~3.2psf之间，你还可以拿到优惠价 。。要这样算的话你的tiles只要在2.4~2.8之间就可以啦！
其他的东西我不太清楚价格，希望你能找到专业的朋友帮你解决！
建议你别偷懒 有时间的时候自己去看材料的价格
手工费他们是另算的 能让优惠就优惠 材料自己去买的话 你能省老鼻子钱了 ！
通常contractor出面去买的材料 一分钱的优惠都没有的 这点你应该明白！

他说用的是好漆.不够我算了下,整间屋子的墙面磨墙$２５５０＋防水胶$８５０＋粉刷$１４００＝$４８００.
你当时找人刷墙也是分３个收费项目报价的吗?
那当然了 你多去问问材料价 就知道内情了

Unimax。哥们，找到好的ID/Contractor告诉我一声哦，或许我们还可以来个团购什么的。你什么时候开始装修啊，我们打算八月初，不过，让人放心价格又公道的装修商还没有找到呢，唉。。。
我也问过那家。怪不得看着报价格式那么眼熟呢。他家也是问下来最贵的。态度很好，不过价格很难下来。而且有些贵的挺莫名的。不知道是不是所谓的金子招牌都那么贵。
我现在问了3个id。一个contractor.
id的价格都很高，每个人都问我预算多少，但是每个都高出预算很多。我算明白了，如果他们问预算，报的越低越好！
我的装修期还早呢。要到9月。所以时间挺充裕。只是要找到合适的还是挺费心的。如果你有什么好的也要记得介绍一下呀。

我的只是刷墙。阿勇叫来的人连墙面扫都不扫，忙三火四地上来就刷，哪有补墙。刷后各处油滴很多，很难擦掉。

是啊，我当时就是找他们的，送了空调，热水器，灯，吊扇，煤气灶，书桌，还有抽奖。 最主要的他们的服务不错
送了………………….好多逗号啊…好奇一下,你当时装修花了多少钱呀?
