请问ltvp批了后要去ica交材料，也要一起交体检报告吗，但我的approve notice只写道：
Your application for a Visit Pass (Long Term) has been approved for a period of 5 Year(s) .
2. You are required to complete formalities for the issuance of the Visit Pass (Long Term) personally at this office To facilitate the collection of your Pass, you are advised to come to ICA on 12/08/2010 10:45 AM with the following:
•A copy of approval notice;
•A duly signed printout of the form which you have submitted through the e-VP;
•A duly signed printout of Terms & Conditions of Issue for Long Term Pass Card;
并没有提到有体检表啊？那还需要去体检吗
