另外，刚去网站看了下，搞不懂该选择strike off 还是 wind off, 如果要申请strike off, 一定要附上个PFG 文件“attach last set of accounts tabled as last AGM and (if applicable) relevant docmentary evidence on disposal of commenced business to attach letter of confirmation by director”, 请问这个东西是要自己写吗？该怎么写呢？哪位朋友有样本能参考一下吗？

你没有提交公司会计年度报告 所以才会这样 如果你英文不是很好的话 建议你去找个会计公司帮你递交公司年度报告 然后申请取消罚款 大概也就3，4百块左右吧 注销公司就比较麻烦 具体要多少钱我也不清楚 不过既然你公司已经注册这么几年了 你还不如问问大家 谁想要可以卖给他 这样你也省下费用了 开公司的也方便很多
