求教：公寓房居住人数有最高限额吗？
比如三房式公寓，三卫，一大客厅，加一佣人房，住人不能超过几位？

公寓是你自己的还是租的？
自己的没有限制，ZF都管不到，尽量不要给邻居投诉就好。
租的要看你和屋主之间的协定。
出租是八个人。虽然URA不能没收违规私人公寓，但是刑罚比HDB重。
URA said if they do not comply, and stop the unauthorised use, the owner or the persons responsible may be charged in court. If convicted, they may be fined up to S$200,000 or imprisoned for a term of up to 12 months, or both. If the offence continues after conviction, a fine of up to S$10,000 per day may be imposed.

自住如果是一家人的话基本没限制。
不过要小心别影响到邻居给公寓管理层投诉
