P1, P2, Q1 Employment Pass and S Pass holders with a fixed monthly salary of more than $2,500 may apply for Dependant’s Passes for their:
* spouses
* unmarried or legally adopted children under 21 years of age
但是有个朋友说可以给父母办，他公司的HR还帮忙给办了，他父母都在这边5，6个月了，请问到底可以不？
