Worker Improvement Through Secondary Education (WISE) – English classes for Adults
WISE is a national English programme for Singaporean adults to improve their English through enrichment classes. Equivalent to Secondary 1-4 Normal stream level English, thousands of Singaporeans have benefited from improving their English language skills and have gained more confidence to converse with their grandchildren, friends or employers.
