Package includes waterproofing of floors, tiling of floors and walls, addition of grab bar and provision of new squat/pedestal pan, wash basin, doors and vents.If you decide that you do not want some of the toilet upgrading works, eg. installation of grab bar, no discount will be given. The materials will also not be given to you.3. Applicable to flats that do not require fire-rated doors.4. Ramp to the main entrance is for entrance with one-step only and will be offered if technically feasible, eg no space constraints or compliance to authorities’ requirements. Ramps to negotiate level differences within the flat will be offered if required and technically feasible. You can choose up to five ramps and pay accordingly. 5. Locations/ positions of grab bars and ramps shall be recommended to you at a later stage; during the condition survey of your flat. Improvements for EASE are offered on supply and install basis. 谢谢顶帖加分，表示不知道，楼下请回答:)请问HIP的内容是随着不同block 而不同还是全国都一样？根据所在的户型有所小的不同，但大体都一样。Repair of spalling concrete/structural cracks 这个指的是外墙还是屋内？主要指屋内的厅，厨房，厕所墙Replacement of waste/soil discharge stacks 这个是说厕所排水管？指厨房，厕所的排水管和污水管！Upgrading of electrical load 这个是指什么？厅，厨房，厕所的电线New decorative door3 这是指哪里的门？大门和厕所的门！
