周围邻居关系处处好,新加坡人都贪小,有事没事给点小恩小惠的,再加自己注意安静就OK了~

只可以出租2个房间。里面住的人数不能超过9人
我觉得如果你不差那点钱过活,还是算了吧。邻居不说,万一房客打个电话也完蛋呀。现在都知道这个规定,还是小心为妙。
在这里千万别找事,提心吊胆,罚钱不说,再把PR取消了。

你别吓唬他了,租房子是HDB的事情,PR是ICA的事,两者在这上面是没有联系的

反正我是胆小,连马路都不敢乱窜。人家怎样讲咱就怎样做,不犯毛病。一个房间500元,出了事,罚多少?
还自己做了个隔间!这是违法行为!HDB要罚款的!

还是不要太冒险,不怕一万,就怕万一。
出了事,后悔也来不及了。

曾经研究过,除非那个隔间是砖土结构,如果是玻璃或者是石膏板结构,是不需要经过HDB审批的。

请问这个只能出租两个房间的规定主要是指分租房间对吗?如果是合法整屋出租就没有这个问题了,对吗?

Guidelines for Renting Out Rooms
Eligibility Conditions: Flat Owners
1. You are allowed to sublet your bedrooms if you own a 3-room or bigger flat.
No prior approval from HDB is required for subletting of the bedrooms. However, with effect from 1 Feb 2010, flat owners who sublet bedrooms in their HDB flats will have to register with HDB within 7 days of doing so. They are also required to notify HDB when they renew or terminate the subletting of bedrooms, and when there are changes to their subtenants’ particulars.
Flat owners must comply with HDB’s subletting rules and regulations.
2. Owners of 1 and 2-room flats are not allowed to sublet their bedrooms.
Number of Bedrooms and Occupants Allowed for Subletting
The number of bedrooms which flat owners can sublet and the maximum number of occupants* allowed in each flat depends on the flat type as shown below.

ZF网站上没说整套出租的话,可以租几间
楼上的同学,整套意味着所有的卧房吧,所以只限定人数
整套出租要申请批准的,不是想出租就出租得了的
还曾经研究过!看看HDB的条例,不要在这里胡说!!!

Removal or tampering of safety railings/grilles (internal & external) installed in the flat and/or at Full Height Windows (including 3/4 height and bay windows located at Utility Room, Space Adding Item) during the Main Upgrading Programme (MUP).
Partial or total enclosure including installation of external grilles on air-conditioner ledge.
Partial or total enclosure including installation of external grilles at planter box. No permanent sealing of planter box.
Installation of overhead grilles (ie. caging up) at interaction balcony.
Change of use of planter box and air-conditioner ledge.
Placement of reflective film (exceeding 20% reflectance) over existing window’s glass panel.

抱歉,不是有意冒犯。
去年曾经考虑过把饭厅隔为书房,最后因为价格问题放弃了。但找过两个HDB的注册contractor设计和打价,我们当时也曾要求他们帮忙跟建屋局申请,但他们都说因为是石膏墙或者玻璃墙,不需要特别申请。
只是与vivocity2010讨论对你用红色突出的两个条例:
1)Excessive overloading of the floor slab with a load greater than 150 kg for every metre square of floor area.
我不太肯定用石膏或者3cm的钢化玻璃来隔墙,是否能在每平方米增重150kg?
2)Partitioning with combustible or toxic emission materials (e.g. plywood, plastics, asbestos etc.)
条例说不能用可燃或有毒废气排放的材料进行分区,是否从防火防毒的角度进行限制?3)条例的更新时间是2010年8月23日,我的回复基于去年年底的资讯,所以条例是否有更新,我不太清楚。
我的英文不是太好。也许理解不对,建议楼主在隔间之前先咨询建屋局和合法注册的建筑商。如果有什么新的消息,也希望能够在这里留言,让后来者知道。谢谢!

冒犯不冒犯,不重要,是不要向楼主提出不对的建议。
重点是在HDB组屋内加加减减是要拿HDB批准信才可以,比如以上的非承重墙可以拿掉,但你不能在没有拿到HDB批准信就拿掉。HDB要跟据组屋的年份,才来决定批不批你的拿掉非承重墙的。

我个人觉得石膏板隔断并不违反者两条规定
1、石膏板隔断给每平米地面造成不了150kg的压力
2、石膏板并不易燃,而且不属于(plywood, plastics, asbestos)

其实到现在为止,我还是觉得我的建议是正确的。正如24楼ysome所说,石膏墙和钢化玻璃隔间并没有违反你highlight的两款条规,况且我的建议也得到HDB合法注册的公司的contractor的肯定,虽然他们不是HDB,但是我认为在新加坡环境内,他们是不敢违反规定的。因为如果违规的话,他们会被建屋局取消执照。
总结一句,我只是比较委婉的支出您说我胡说,或者说我提出错误的建议这点我非常不认可。建议在使用强烈词语批评别人之前,先确定别人是错误的。
