年底发的那个第十三个月的薪水 可以平均一下算到 fixed monthly salary里面去吗？ 就是把 base salary * 13 / 12， 不晓得可不可以这么算？ 网站上说的 fixed monthly salary没说不包括13薪， 而且这个第十三月的薪水也是每年都会发的，不会有变动。 下面是网站上说的， 请教下有大侠了解吗？ 另外问下如果申请PR，拿 P2 是不是比拿 Q1几率高一些？
Basic salary does not include:

谢谢你的回复。 13薪应该不算 bonus吧， 我工资单上bonus 和 这个13薪是分开的。
