我在HDB的网站看到房子分为四类，哪一类型的房子，中国PR可以买？

第一类 是买卖双方是同一种族
第二类 是任意买卖
第三类 是向与买主同一种族的非马来西亚的PR卖主可以购买，（好绕口，是否是中国PR向中国PR购买，印度PR向印度PR 购买？？？）
第四类 是向任意种族的非马来西亚PR卖主购买（是否中国PR向中国或印度PR购买？？？）
第三，第四类有疑问，不知道理解的对吗？？？？
Same eyhnic 屋主要是华人就可以买
PR只能买二手房. 种族问题是次要的. 等你找到了你想要的房子,再问华人PR能否买也不迟.
