汗，我同学要笑死了，他买ONE AMBER的时候才$800。。。。2000真是无语了。。现在东海岸的房子还是投资TANJONG RHU的比较好，VIEW美，价钱低～

唉，我刚听过也有点流汗，不过有钱投资的他们还是赚的。
orchard的parcsophia住进去了才1800psq多。

建的时候买的啊，刚装修好住进去，买的时候120万，现在中介打来有人出价255万。。。。

四美那里的新项目是99年的。
那里还好，对面就是MRT，就过下路就到。
报名去抽签的人还不少呢！
东海岸基本都是FH的～我很怀疑这个房子能不能看到海，AMBER路都不是第一排，前面很多房子挡住，等SILVER SEA造起来了，估计什么都看不到了。

不过现在想找永久的，有在MRT旁边的公寓难啊！所以个人还是感觉四美那里的公寓不错！
