汗,我同学要笑死了,他买ONE AMBER的时候才$800。。。。2000真是无语了。。现在东海岸的房子还是投资TANJONG RHU的比较好,VIEW美,价钱低~

唉,我刚听过也有点流汗,不过有钱投资的他们还是赚的。

建的时候买的啊,刚装修好住进去,买的时候120万,现在中介打来有人出价255万。。。。

四美那里的新项目是99年的。
那里还好,对面就是MRT,就过下路就到。
报名去抽签的人还不少呢!
东海岸基本都是FH的~我很怀疑这个房子能不能看到海,AMBER路都不是第一排,前面很多房子挡住,等SILVER SEA造起来了,估计什么都看不到了。

不过现在想找永久的,有在MRT旁边的公寓难啊!所以个人还是感觉四美那里的公寓不错!
