关于Tiger Airway Rights Issue

这次老虎是定向增发,在国内定向增是利好,特别是在股价很低的时候,收购定向增发的机构在12个月内不能卖出,所以增发的那一部分还不能流通,不知道新加坡对定向增发有什么限制,还望高人指点。

0.83 只是增发后一个理论上的价位,老虎现有流通股506.94M,增发前价格0.955,增发股273.42M,价格0.58。增发前市值 506.94*0.955=484.13M,增发股市值 273.42*0.58=158.58M,增发后流通股总股本 506.94M+273.42M=780.36M,总市值 484.13M+158.58M=642.71M,这样每股股价就是 642.71M/780.36M=0.824

SGX已经approve了老虎的rights issue,SIA 和淡马锡控股将收购90%的增发股,剩下的10%被DBS和standard charted收购。

从K线上看,前段时间明显有大资金介入,上涨有量,下跌无量。从近日走势来看,庄家控盘很稳,拜二轻轻松松从0.89拉到0.98,在rights issue 后的一个交易日,急挫后,马上拉回,而且股价未创新低,大多数人都在沽空,但股价一直维持在0.92-0.93,横盘明显,似乎万事俱备只欠东风。

从月线来看,上个月已经有探底迹象,本月因国际市场动荡,STI暴跌,再次探底。随着伯南克对市场的展望,投资者信心回升,STI也会企稳,老虎的主力机构应该也会有所动静。如果拜一和拜三能收复月线阴线实体的50%,也就是月线收在1.02左右,至少也要收在0.985以上,就是上个月线的最低价,那么后市应该有一波大的行情。

增发股价格0.58,股市价格0.955
差太远了吧,对现在持有老虎现有流通股是太不公平,
SIA 和淡马锡控股赚了,老虎亏大了。谁叫他钱不够用
除非将来股价格小于0.58,


这次是定向增发,也称非公开增发,所增发的股票已经被SIA和淡马锡,还有DBS和standard charted包了。短期内不会对股价造成大的影响,只有当SIA和淡马锡疯狂的抛售从而套现,这种情况下二级市场上的股价才会下跌。

但从基本面来看,这次融资是为了expansion,钱主要是用于买aircraft,一小部分用于balance sheet。

从技术面看,更是酝酿着一波行情。

一年或半年后再看吧。


看来大家都在等着他掉啊, 那我就放心了。。。

2-4周后我们再看吧。。。反正我是做长线。。。目标翻翻、、、


所有的增发股份为机构配售,好过配售给散户。
机构有持股限期,不得售卖,锁定了筹码。
根据做A股的经验,如果一只股票被机构持股30%以上,则成为了一只庄股。35%是中度控盘,40%是高度控盘。
一只控盘庄股,庄家拉升很轻松自如。散户要做的,就是持股与庄共舞。


淡马锡代表政府,SIA是母公司,配售给他们,散户很放心。
配售股价一直都是远低于现价的,何况是批发价。


对老虎是利好
对SIA和淡马锡也是利好
但对你肯定不是利好

CHIN YAU SENG AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Singapore, 29 August 2011 – The Board of Tiger Airways Holdings Limited (the Company) has
appointed Mr Chin Yau Seng as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from 1
November 2011. Mr Chin is currently the Company’s Acting CEO. Mr Chin was formerly the CEO of
Silk Air and has more than 15 years service in the Singapore Airlines Group.
Mr. Chin will succeed Mr Tony Davis who is leaving the Company on 1 November 2011 to take up a
new position outside of the Company. Mr Davis joined the Group as the Chief Executive Officer of
Tiger Airways Pte Ltd (now known as Tiger Airways Singapore Pte Ltd) in January 2005 and was
appointed to his current position upon reorganisation of the Group and incorporation of the Company
in February 2007. He is currently seconded to Tiger Airways Australia Pty Limited as its CEO.
The Company is in the process of appointing a replacement for Mr Davis as CEO of Tiger Airways
Australia Pty Limited, and an announcement regarding this appointment will be made in due course.
Mr J Y Pillay, Chairman of Tiger Airways Holdings Limited, said “I would like to thank Tony for his
efforts and contributions over the past seven years. We wish him every success in his future
endeavours”.
Mr Davis will also cease to be an Executive Director of the Company from 1 November 2011.

现在CEO直接换成原来新航的人了,收购看来是势在必行了。


被收购,利好吧?


  SIA 最终要不要收购完全取决于老虎业务扩展后的表现如何,如果利润大幅上升,绝对会买断老虎。拭目以待。


记得触发点是30%,大概主动收购和主动配售有所不同吧…

如果用0.58触发强制收购,那就悲催了…


不要吓我啊。。。


那是机构配股,跟股权收购是两码事.

是的,不过全面收购定义上并没有说明用何种方式触发机制…

但显而易见,收购献议价和配股价出自于2个不同主体,结果也不同…

so,据吾翻查资料,SIA如果持股超过30%现在应该是不会触发,但是只要在市场上买1股即会触发… 不知道有没有专业人士指正一下…


偶木有下虎人啊…

触发强制收购也没关系,强制的是收购方,又不是被收购方…


SIA本来就是TigerAir的母公司,新的执行官陈有成就是SIA委派来的.陈有成在SIA服务了超过15年.


这次老虎issue 的是流通股,除非SIA疯狂抛售,不然不会对股价造成影响。


我都不怕,你就更不用怕了。我帮你看着盘呢。


明天怎么看都是一根大阳线、、、


难怪。我就说找不到有神马方式是不会触发全面收购。

不过触发也无所谓,不会有股东接受0.58的收购要约

今天老虎出地量了…


热烈庆祝老虎再创地量…..: )


请问:“地量”是什么意思?俺是新手。


地量,天量的反义词。成交量极少的意思。


我靠 ,虎航现在这个样子 子公司还好意思叫 roar aviation .。。。 叫 miaomiao aviation 还差不多。


物极必反,地位放地量预示着要大涨了,高位放天量,预示着要暴跌了。个人见解而已、、、


虎航什么样子了?呵呵,我觉得基本面还好吧,即便不好,那就更值得投资了,从不好慢慢发展到好,股价才会大涨啊。^^
