请问，PR最早可以提前多久renew re-entry Permit呢？

我是08年7月拿到的PR, 准备明年回国。但是想在走之前renew我的re-entry permit. 之前的是要到13年7月才到期。我可以现在或者明年年初就renew吗？

最早也要2013年才能RENEW

REP上说的是3个月。原文：
You may apply to renew your REP online three months before the expiry of your current REP.
