Registration
All registration must be followed up with the submission of copies of vehicle log card, current vehicle insurance cover note, passports and NRIC of all participants, Passport size photo for main and co drivers, Singapore driving license for main and co drivers, personal travel insurance cover note of all participants.
Note: Driver’s name/ NRIC no. should be indicated on the copy of the log card. Participants are not allowed to drive cars belonging to others.
$2000 deposit per pax is required for reservation of seats. Deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Types of vehicle:
Strictly for SUV or 4WD above 2000cc only. 4WD / all wheels drive vehicle with low profile tires are not allowed.
Cancellation Charges:
Cancellation of bookings must be made in writing and the following charges will apply:
• 31 days & above before departure : 50% of the tour fare
• 15 – 30 days before departure : 75% of the tour fare
• 14 days or lesser before departure : 100% of the tour fare
