房市不好了?Tampines Trilliant 售卖状况

这个EC项目还没卖完,是2月开卖的。论地点的话,是很不错的。


没买完的肯定是低楼朝向差的,一样的价格,买家可以有别的开发项目选择啊,每个楼总有这么几个拖后腿的单位.


还真想问楼主有哪个楼盘是真的在没建好之前就100% full sold的?
靠马路的靠垃圾站的朝向不好的一般都是内部消化的


那退房则么解释呢?这些房总不至于低楼朝向差的。。。

Home buyers returned a total of 150 private homes to property developers last month, according to Square Foot Research.

The units were bought in April and accounted for 5.7 percent of the more than 2,600 non-landed homes, including executive condominiums (ECs) sold during the month.

Most of the units returned came from projects like The Tampines Trilliant, Sky Habitat and Hillsta. This happens to be the highest figure in the last five years.

While experts feel that the absolute number of units returned is high, in percentage terms it is still in line with last year’s figures.

The spike could be attributed to robust home sales in April, which saw buyers acquiring the highest number of homes in nearly three years.

不是说EC买到就赚翻吗?

这些人是不是脑子坏掉了?有钱都不挣?


感觉这个坛子看涨的人好多,想买房的人要冷静,不要昏头了。花那么多钱买那么个物无所值的很差的房子,等过几年自己会非常后悔为什么那时候那么冲动。

九七年房价到达顶点后,在短短的四年时间房价跌了60%以上,现在申请新房的很多是二十岁多一点的,他们以前不急于申请,结果因为这几年新移民的大量涌入导致需求过大而使他们难以在二手市场以合理价格买到心仪的屋子, 随着政府加大新屋的供应,这些人的需求已经可以得到完全满足,而且每次有不少剩余组屋。04年买房时,在估价基础上砍几万也可以买到不错的房子。07年感觉当时的氛围是溢价不断盘升,所以必需毫不犹豫的下手买房。近期又开始看房,感觉房地产的秋天正在来临,很多买主似乎嗅到了凉风来袭过后必会秋风扫落叶,所以有房在手的纷纷出货。没有房的别着急买,实在要买的,尽管砍价,这时候砍价没有问题,已经不是抢房的时候了,相信自己的判断!
