股息与CapitaMall相当，股价只有CapitaMall的一半。当然，此乃工业类地产，非商业类地产。
缺点：股价浮动很小，利于长期拥有。

我股票尽是亏钱。 这个srs 10年亏了40%吧。本来是买comfortdelgro ,sing post和SMRT的准备长期拥有，有一段2-3年时间不涨就换了，lian beng和来福士edu还有yzj。丢里面不理10年多了
你那几个蓝筹如果不换，现在赚多了！
