UOB repricing, 配套比较,(30.03.15)

大家好,房屋情况如下:
1, 已经建好的Condo. 跟uob 贷款 20年.
2,已经还贷4年,剩余 530k, 今年4月24号可以换配套,这是第二次repricing.上次的时候给了500 换配套.的费用.
3.上次的配套利息是 1.38%  和 1.58%, 每月还
之前2个礼拜一直在网上看关于贷款的帖子,也联系银行贷款部门,收到配套的邮件,如下,比较一下下面3个配套,不是很清楚,什么是12MSibor (1 year lock in),看起来很低啊,

看数字,C最好,可是现在利率一直在起,今后起到多少谁也说不定。看看其他银行的固定利率吧。
