各位大仙，问个问题。
现在因为工作原因居住在国内。这次网上MediShield 变更填写，除了我家人，我把我父母也填上去了，因为他们现在和我同住在一起，而且他们之前在新加坡的时候，申请到过LTVP,有Fin。
现在政府给我写了份信，见如下。是不是说，让我也把我父母加入到 MediShield的plan中啊？谢谢大家:)

We understand that you would like to add xxx and xxx to your household.
In order to proceed with your change request, we will require the photocopy of FIN identity documents of xxx and xxx.
We will also need the birth certificates stating the relationship xxx and xxx to you.
Kindly forward the document to us by xxxx.
We wish to highlight that only family members related by blood, marriage and/or legal adoption (e.g. spouse, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, siblings, uncles, aunts, cousins and in-laws) and who live at the same residence are considered members of your household. Domestic helpers, unrelated tenants, godparents and friends living at the same address are not considered members of your household. Family members not living at the same address as you are not considered members of your household.
父母拿ltvp不会进入该计划, 但对你们拿津贴有帮助, 按实际情况回复就好
国内的家庭住址也算？
将在今年底取代现有medishield的meidshield life对PR & Citizen 是强制性的（外国人不可以投保medishield or medishield life,只能选择投保私人保险公司的医疗保险配套），加上保费增幅较大政府会给予津贴（低收入津贴-只限公民，过渡性津贴-PR和公民），所以这次全民医疗保障计划的调整政府会寄信要求PR 和公民确认，主要目的是根据家庭收人和成员来确定补贴额度。
国内地址不算生活在一起了哦

我以为你在问你自己的呢。所以我才建议楼主按实际情况回复给medishield life, 目前即使有ltvp身份, 但在新加坡生活少于一定天数iras税务免除上是有要求的, medishield life (cpf)的津贴应该也会有类似要求。欢迎楼主得到官方回复了来这里分享哈。
